EasyLeaseFlow provides an AI-powered platform for real estate professionals, property managers, and leasing agents that includes:
- Automated lead capture and management from multiple real estate platforms
- AI-powered communication and response generation
- Property management tools and tenant qualification systems
- Tour scheduling and agent availability management
- Multi-channel messaging (SMS, email, web chat, phone)
- Integration with third-party real estate and communication platforms
- Analytics and reporting tools for lead management
User Accounts and Eligibility
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
- You must be a licensed real estate professional, property manager, or authorized agent
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
Account Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate account information and promptly update any changes
- Protect your login credentials and notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- Ensure your use of the Service complies with fair housing laws
Acceptable Use
Permitted Uses
- Managing property listings and tenant inquiries
- Communicating with prospective tenants about properties
- Scheduling property tours and managing agent availability
- Qualifying leads based on legitimate rental criteria
- Integrating with authorized third-party platforms
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Discriminate against protected classes in housing decisions
- Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or abusive communications
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data
- Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of our Service
- Use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal activities
- Share account credentials with unauthorized users
AI and Automated Communications
AI Response Generation
- Our AI generates responses based on your property information and custom instructions
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before use
- AI responses are suggestions and should be verified for accuracy and compliance
- You maintain full responsibility for all communications sent through our platform
Communication Compliance
- Ensure all communications comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable regulations
- Obtain proper consent before sending automated messages
- Honor opt-out requests immediately and automatically
- Maintain professional and non-discriminatory communication standards
Data and Privacy
- Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy
- You grant us permission to process data necessary to provide our services
- You are responsible for obtaining consent from leads and prospects for data processing
- You must comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- We implement security measures but cannot guarantee absolute data security
Billing and Payments
Subscription Fees
- Usage-based pricing: $150 minimum or $1 per property (whichever is higher)
- Fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe payment processing
- Property count changes are prorated for the current billing period
- You must maintain valid payment information for continued service
Payment Terms
- Payment is due immediately upon invoice generation
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after notice
- You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the Service
- Refunds are provided only as specified in our refund policy
Third-Party Integrations
- Our Service integrates with Zillow, Apartments.com, AppFolio, Tenant Turner, and other platforms
- You must comply with all third-party platform terms and conditions
- We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance
- Integration access may be subject to third-party approval and fees
- Changes to third-party APIs may affect Service functionality
Service Availability
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
- We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
- Emergency maintenance may be performed without advance notice
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
- EasyLeaseFlow retains all rights to our platform, technology, and proprietary methods
- Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected intellectual property
- AI models, algorithms, and system architecture remain our exclusive property
Your Content
- You retain ownership of property listings, descriptions, and media you upload
- You grant us a license to use your content to provide our services
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload
- You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Service Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before use
- We do not guarantee lead conversion rates or business outcomes
- Third-party integrations are subject to external service availability
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyLeaseFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyLeaseFlow from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
- Your use of the Service in a negligent or unlawful manner
- Claims that your content infringes third-party rights
- Your communications with leads or prospects through our platform
Termination
Termination by You
- You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings
- Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already provided
- You are responsible for exporting your data before termination
Termination by Us
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
- Non-payment may result in service suspension after appropriate notice
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with notice
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware
- Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for injunctive relief
- Any arbitration will be conducted in Delaware under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules
- You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated through email or platform notifications at least 30 days before taking effect.
